Quick fix · Settlement work order

Crafting queue stuck behind a sleeping worker?

Symptom: A craft stays queued while its assigned settler sleeps, and another available worker does not take over.

Short answerThe reserved job may still belong to the sleeper; reset the assignment before rebuilding.

Do this now

Legacy test path—reconfirm every label and control in the EA build.

  1. Step 1Pause and identify the first stalled task and the settler currently associated with it.
  2. Step 2Check whether that settler is asleep, unavailable, or missing reachable materials; restore only that condition first.
  3. Step 3Watch whether progress resumes or another eligible worker claims the task before cancelling or reordering the queue.
Success feedback

An awake worker walks to the station and the progress indicator starts moving. If it does not, leave the queue cancelled and record the station, recipe, and worker state for the release-build recheck.
